Originally from Long Island, New York, Nick has lived in Orlando since 2011. Before entering the real estate industry, he pursued several diverse career paths. With a passion for food, he worked in restaurants throughout high school and college, ultimately earning a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant and Foodservice Management. This led to a managerial role with a regional restaurant chain. Later, he transitioned into education, teaching 11th grade English at a local high school. After recognizing the opportunity to merge his service expertise with his passion for teaching, he shifted gears to pursue a career in real estate. Today, with over 7 years of experience in the industry, he has successfully guided hundreds of customers in their real estate journeys. In addition to his role as a REALTOR, he has contributed to building and managing a successful team alongside some of the industry's top agents. Nick has extensive experience being coached in real estate sales and operations by the country's leading Real Estate Coaching organizations, including Tom Ferry, Metrix with Brett Tanner and Brian Gubernick, Leverage and Mpire with Danny Morel, Your Realty Leverage with Brindley Tucker, and Ignite and BOLD through Keller Williams. Nick enjoys a diverse set of hobbies. He is passionate about bodybuilding and fitness. He's a devoted fan of metal and hardcore music, frequently attending local concerts and festivals, playing the drums, and collecting CD's and vinyl records. He also enjoys gaming and closely follows the competitive gaming scene and replaying his favorite games. More recently, he has rediscovered his passion for collecting trading cards and attending card shows. And last but not least, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lena (married Nov 11, 2025) and their two cats, Kendal and Mechee.

I know Donna Layton from church. We were talking about having to sell our house, so we could move back to NY, at church one Sunday and she mentioned she was a relator. This being the first house that I have ever sold, I was a little nervous. Donna made us feel comfortable and at ease. From start to finish it was about six weeks. We got we walked away with a little more than we hoped for too. Honestly she did all the hard work. She went above and beyound her call of duty. The day before we were to sign papers and leave the state of Florida, my 13 year old basset hound passed away. We had no where to stay to wait to get his remains back. When Donna found out she didn't hessitate to help us by picking him up from the animal hospital and getting him sent to us. You have a fabulos worker in Donna. I hope you treat her right. We hope to use her services in the future, for our winter vacations, when we come down. Thank you all so much!!!!
